My case is the same, EAD approval on 28 April, last touch 11th May, no card or no update until now. USCIS sucks!!!!

I just called again for the umpteenth time and was told "oh it could take 75 days from approval". This is complete and absolute nonsense.

. My changed from approved to card mailed to USPS picked up your card with tracking number ! I just got my GC this morning !

whuttt wow, I guess I am just really unlucky... again, just like EAD/AP which I gave up on since my GC approval >< im preparing for a long wait with many calls

Thats crazy I just check your timeline and u have been approved before me and your EAD/AP its approved 20 days ago !

Yes it is crazy! I am happy for you tho, and everybody I see left and right receiving cards... >< I was just soooo hopeful to finally start living this is hell (I even messaged my recruiter "see you soon!!!" apparently not that soon )

I don't expect my EAD/AP since I can't use them anyways now, it's just so... unreal >< I can't complain tho, I expected the greencard in september, I just hope they weren't like:

"ok we approve this one so we can get those papers out of the way" *throws in the trash instead of sending it to production* ya kno... ><

I'm also hoping we both hear something soon. At lease, I'm glad I'm not the only one who's EAD/AP is taking so long. Please let me know when you receive your approval notice. I'll keep you posted of any changes on my end as well. Good Luck!

yeah I know it suck but stay positive at least u got approved and like u say I didn't expect my this soon either and without interview its kind of nice , I have feeling that u will get yours in no more then two weeks

Yup, they told me the same thing too. Still waiting and haven't heard anything either. Let me know if they give you any good updates tomorrow.

My husband got his Green Card approval in the mail today. Notice was dated May 20th. Completely unexpected! Very stoked though.

I've just spoken to another extremely rude tier 2 officer who said that he can't tell me why I haven't received my card yet, even after being told 12 days ago that I would have the card in hand within "10 days, tops" - I asked this officer why he can't find out more information and he hung up on me - this is beyond infuriating.

I have been taking their name and employee number, they normally say they when you first talk to them. I wish I had the one for the lady I talked to on wednesday, she was so rude it was not even funny. I hung up and completely had a nervous breakdown because I was told I am going to wait even more than 90 days.

And I just realized that 5/31 is Tuesday.. Monday is an holiday, so my inquiry will probably NOT be answered by the 31 like she said.

On the good side, my Niece's surgery went well. She is in a lot of pain and Grumpy, but she is fine. ( It was surgery for cross eyes, so she can't touch her eyes and her parents keep telling her no. It's really hard at 5 years old )

We just had the AOS interview earlier... it only last 10 mins. they swore us in and then when thru questions on AOS (criminal records, or any crime yada yada ) then ask for proof of marriage. i had bank joint statements, credit cards, sams club, car register both name, home purchase contract. ask how we met. that was pretty much it... told use she will approve and we will get the GC in 2-4 wks

finally done with this for now until 1year 9 months.... to remove condition,

hope everyone else who filed in FEB get their GC soon!!!!!
