AHH CONGRATS MASH! That's crazy it came so fast. I definitely think they lost mine or something...it was approved on April 26th. If I don't get it in the mail today, do you think I should call USCIS? Are they able to tell you if they've mailed it yet or do you have to speak to a Tier 2 person?

Since we mostly get things on the same day I say if you don't get urs today call USCIS and speak to tier 2 cause the first CS they will only see what's on the site so definitely check with them

@Francais_usa...I would call like right now. Its sorta strange that u haven't received it as yet.

Just made a phone call to USCIS to find out what card was mailed, and it is confirmed my GC was approved and mailed to me!!

And for some reason mine didn't it just said case approved and that was updated yesturday

When I got the mail today I checked the tracker on it and they mailed it out on the 10th which is a day after I got my hardcopy and 6 days after the approval date

I'm sure you will recieve yours soon and if not I recommend calling USCIS and speak to tier 2 to see what is going on

I'm just curious about something on the APP does it say that ur case is scheduled for interview but when you called them that the green card was being mailed ?

Congrats on the baby!! Did you send back a response to the RFIE yet?

Yes I did and this morning I woke up to an update that my response to an RFE has been received and they started working on my case again.

I hope it's enough, I'm really scared to get another RFE.

Thanks HopeFab and MASH (my AOS twins haha). How do I go about speaking to a Tier 2 officer--will they just transfer me if I ask? Does anyone have the number to call and the buttons to press to make it faster? Also, can I (the USC and spouse) speak to the officer or does my husband have to give permission?

Call the regular number and as soon as the tier greets and ask how may I help you..immediately ask for a transfer to tier 2. Ive heard people stating they had long waits but my calls are always less than 5 minutes. You can definetely call on behalf of your husband. Just have your case numbers on hand

from my experience speaking to tier 2 i just asked for them and they transferred me to them and if they are busy they tell you the buttons to press to have them give you a call back which can take 24 hrs
