Congrats to those who have received updates!

For those of you still waiting, to give you an idea of how buggy the online system is atm - I received a text message yesterday that my I-485 had been updated. It said card delivered to post office. I received my card TWO weeks ago. I would definitely give them a call because the way the system is atm, is enough to drive anyone crazy.

Wow!!That's so awesome!! I've mentioned this before, and I'll mention it again....it really seems like the processing times on their website are not accurate at all, the Newark office (my local office also) is supposedly processing cases of April, 2015 and yet you just got approved without an interview in less than 3 months!! Which I also have noticed that they are approving so many cases without interviews, it's just so great to hear the good news, it really gives us hope, especially since the Newark local office is supposedly so backlogged.

Guess who is having a good morning !!! Me DUH!!! I checked my case status and it says my ead card is mailed to me and if I didn't get the card by June 9 to contact usics.thank god!!! my I-131 also approved. No update on my I-485 yet

Of the people that received their EAD/AP cards: have any of you had your case processed by NBC (national benefits center?

I believe mine was processed there and I received my EAD/AP card just over a week ago. Filed on Feb 2nd.

I cant wait for mine to come in the mail also, since I am somewhere safe now as long I recieve mine by middle of June I am happy cause I plan to see my family in Canada close to Canada Day with my husband, me and my husband really need a vacation

Thank you! Yeah, I've heard loads of similar stories about the Newark office which totally surprised me, as I too had read plenty of horror stories about how backlogged they are. I mean there are still quite a lot of people waiting for interviews from a year ago. I guess we are lucky in the sense that they seem to be waiving as many as they can currently to avoid creating an even bigger backlog.

Seems like the USCIS online system is now working in reverse order.

First I got the approval letter for AP, then I got the status change online, then this morning I got the email notification. Better than nothing.

I wish but I came on F1 visa so we will go through the interview process in Dallas or San Antonio (we are planning on moving to Central Texas). I don't even really care about green card per se, I just want to work full time already and make some money before my baby comes...

Hi all,

I woke up this morning and found a notification for AOS in my USCIS app changed to Card was mailed to me on the 11th. So I checked on the website, and it says the same thing... My status was never changed before (fingerprint fee was received), but this morning said card was mailed. My question is what card that is mailed to me? Is it the green card? I don't want to do the happy dance yet, cuz I'm afraid that is not it...

Just made a phone call to USCIS to find out what card was mailed, and it is confirmed my GC was approved and mailed to me!!
