I think mine must have got lost. Still nothing and they received them on the 5th. Should I refile? My K1 expires 11th of March so need it in before then.

I don't know a lot of people are still waiting it seems they send NOA's very random. Which makes me sad I'm still waiting as well.

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

but don't worry you'll get through it :luv:

Okay so I called USPS and inquired about my packet being delivered on the 15th since it was a holiday. He assured me that Chicago is a busy post office and they still have clerks and carriers that come in to deliver Amazon and two day shipping even though it's a holiday. This means someone grab my packet and since it was a PO box in the post office delivered it early (even though it was a holiday) my take on this is that made my packet at the bottom of the pile for people who got delivered the next day and that's why everyone has their NOA but me. Hopefully I get mine tonight because I'm going crazy. Thanks for reading my rant.

I still haven't gotten mine NOA1 yet. Mine was delivered 16:42 on 16th. According to your theory, mine should be on the top and finish first, which wasn't handled by that way

We had a successful walkin this am. We were there at 8:30 and left at 8:58. I simply said we are here for biometrics. The guard checked our letter(dated 3/4), passport and looked at my husband's hands. We filled out a short form and went through the 2nd line. They gave us a number just like at the DMV. Waited 2 minutes and then the employee called 20 people back. Fingerprints and Photo. He was in and out in no time.

It doesn't matter when your K1 expires. Your K1 technically expired the minute you passed customs, and your I-94 is now the document that has a 3 month expiration date, but that date is the time you need to be married by, and NOT the time you need to file AOS.

On another note, I'll be filing AOS/EAD/AP this Friday!
