Sadly no :(, I haven't heard anything since April 4th which I think if the AOS people got my bio then the people that are working on my EAD/AP should have got it also

Honestly I feel like being in tears as I saw people who filed in March getting there EAD/AP already which I am not gonna lie makes me sad n mad (even though I am happy for them <3)

I'm praying to have good news before the end of this week

Oh no :/ I'm sure you will get it very soon, as we filed so close to each other and you already have your green card ready to be scheduled for an interview--the GC is what most people get RFE's for, so I'm sure your EAD/AP are just waiting for an officer to touch it for approval. I hope you hear something this week, but if not, I think you may hear next week. Hang in there--I know how you feel. It sucks not to have the option to work or leave the US, but you'll be able to very soon!

Ok just an update regarding my status!

My husband just texted me asking about the notification he got from his USCIS app. And it says 'New card being produced' !!!!! So i quickly went to my app and saw my EAD has been approved omg!!! That's what i think it is right? If it says card being produced it means approved?

I think this is because the ombudsman has emailed back to me about my service request and forwarded them my offer letter.

Anyway,

I'm so happy cause then i can work soon now!!!!!!

Tho there's no update on my AP. Hoping it'll come the same day!

I hope the rest will get theirs soon!!

Congrats! We're in the same boat--I would go online and check your case status for the AP. We only got a notification for the EAD, but when I checked my case online, the AP was also approved!

It's been a really frustrating process for me. Filed mid Feb, biometrics early March. RFE late March for something that we sent with the original filing that they must have misplaced. I'm happy to see so many people receiving EAD/AP and even green cards already!

I have received a job offer, but no EAD so can't go to work yet. Has anyone had any luck with service requests or infopass to get things moving? My I-765 hasn't been "touched" since Feb 22.

Arrived on P1 Visa - 2012

Married USC - 1/20/16

Filed I-485/130/131/765 - 2/16/16

NOA1 - 2/19/16

Biometrics Appt - 3/17/16 (Successful Walk-in 3/7/16)

RFE - 3/18/16

Service request for EAD due to job offer - 4/28/16

AP - Approval notice 4/28/16

6/20 - EAD/AP card received (finally)

8/15 - interview scheduled for 9/23

8/22 - interview canceled

11/2 - interview rescheduled for 12/7

11/14 - interview canceled (AGAIN!!!!)

YAY! EAD approved just now. Hopefully the card will arrive before next Friday, as that is when we go to the DMV. Only got the approval through email, even though I signed up for text alerts too. Weird...

YES! Finally! Huge, huge congrats. Mine took about 5-6 days from approval to mailbox (can't quite remember but I added it to my TL). I don't see any reason why you shouldn't get it before going to the DMV. You will likely receive it Monday/Tuesday of next week!

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

 

Next step: Citizenship!

For those who received their Ead/ap cards...Out of curiosity, is there a picture on there (duh) but if yes ...was it the one taken at your biometrics or the one you sent in with your applications?
