Did anyone receive their biometrics letter already?

I think only one person in this Feb filing thread has gotten a biometrics letter.

K-1 Visa Process (182 days from I-129F filed -> Visa in Hand)

 

 

May 10th, 2015: Got Engaged!

June 12th 2015: Fiance filed I-129F, June 19th, 2015: (NOA1) Received at California Service Center

July 23rd, 2015: (NOA2) NVC received

Aug 31st, 2015: NVC Approved and fwd case to consulate in Montreal. MTL case # given.

Sept 8th, 2015: MTL received and sent P3 by mail, Sept 18th, 2015: P3 received in mail, Sept 18th, 2015: DS-160 completed and P3 documents sent by e-mail

Sept 21st, 2015: P3 Approved. Received P4 by e-mail, Sept 21st, 2015: Booked K-1 Visa interview for December 2nd, 2015!!

Oct 2nd, 2015: Booked Medical in Toronto for November 12th, 2015

Nov. 12th, 2015: Medical done in Toronto, ON with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. Highly recommend him!!

Nov. 17th, 2015: Medical results delivered by Purolator

Dec. 2nd, 2015: Interview in Montreal... APPROVED!!!!

Dec. 9th, 2015: CEAC status changed to Issued!

Dec. 11th, 2015: Ready for pickup at Waterloo location. Picked up and Visa in Hand!

 

K-1 AOS Process (72 days from I-485 filed -> Green Card in Hand)

Jan. 1st, 2016: Civil Ceremony <3

Jan. 29th, 2016: Applied for SSN

Feb. 2nd, 2016: Sent off AOS packet

Feb. 9th, 2016: NOA1's received by text & e-mail

Feb. 13th, 2016: NOA1 hard copies received in the mail

Feb. 23rd, 2016: Biometrics letter in mail received for Feb 29th!

Feb. 23rd, 2016: SSN received in the mail

Feb. 29th, 2016: Successful Biometrics appointment in Tampa, FL

April 7th, 2016: Green Card in production!!!

April 11th, 2016: Green Card in Mail

April 13th, 2016: Received Green Card :)

 

 

Removal of Conditions Process

Jan 16th, 2018: Mailed Form I-751 to CSC

Jan 18th, 2018: USPS Delivered to CSC

Jan. 24th, 2018: NOA1 received in the mail

Hey everybody I am February filer like most of you. I had done my biomectric on the March 9, 2016 and the USCIS online status change to "case ready to schedule for interview" on the March 19, 2016.

I filled mine on 12th too and haven't gotten anything yet... started worrying a little bit....

07.2012: First met my future husband
01.08.2012: Started dating
04.22.2014: Marriage

02.12.2016: Sent AOS/EAD package

02.16.2016: Priority date on NOA1

02.22.2016: NOA1 Texts/emails received

02.26.2016: hard copies of NOA1 in the mail

03.07.2016 walk-in Biometrics (scheduled for 3/15/2016)

03.21.2016 RFE for I-485

05.19.2016 Second RFE for I-485

07.15.2016 EAD approval notice

@pilotkausa, I think you will get it soon! I was thinking i would get it at least on the 24th, given last Monday was a day off. It said the case received on the 16th. So i think you will get the notification soon :)

Don't worry I filed on the 12th too and it was delivered on the 15th nothing yet getting excited though hoping it's coming soon !

I filed on 2/4 and we got our biometrics appointment today. Its set for 3/4 but we are going to try to do a walk in tomorrow morning. (Alexandria, VA)

I thought Monday 15th was a holiday. Mine was delivered by USPS early morning of 16th...but yeah. I couldn't file anything for almost 2 years and now I just can't wait for a few days... :( hoping to get a 10 year permanent card right away.

Did anyone do a medical exam and sent it with their I-485 when they filed?

My lawyer told me to go ahead and do it and send it, that way it will speed the process up since they won't have to ask for it later on.

As ur medical you did for the k1 visa is less the 1 year old use the same one they provided to u for the AOS and I suggest you make a extra copy of it in case if your package gets lost in shipping so you have to pay to do it again

I didn't do K1 visa.

I am Adjusting status through an approved F2A visa. My parents are permanent residents.
