Still waiting too.... we had an info pass appointment which was pointless they said all we can do is wait

Our InfoPass experience was even worse. We weren't even let to see any immigration officers. The front desk people told us there's nothing they could do about a pending case. Another person at the front desk tried to look up some information on the computer. Meanwhile, she was also greeting other people in the line. So I was standing in front of her watching her interacting with different people in the line and occasionally do something on her computer. I waited for about 15 minutes and she finally told me to continue to wait for my case.

And I thought Dallas was bad...

It's crazy that you guys have been waiting since Jan-Feb and there is no news at all about the green card or even a interview

I hope you both hear some good news soon..it is very upsetting that these people don't understand they are messing up with peoples future doing this to them.

We sent an email to our re-elected congresswoman on Friday.... will see if that helps move anything.

It's good to know we're not the only ones struggling with the process. We had an interview date but it was cancelled. All they could tell us was that it was cancelled because our file was not in the New York office. It was still in the NBC in Missouri:(

Sorry to hear about your experience. My case was still in NBC as well when I last checked with them.

This experience has been utterly shambolic for me, and it appears that I'm not the only one on this thread to feel this way.

I had an interview appointment scheduled in August for September 23rd. One week later - canceled.

Then last week I received a new interview appointment for December 7th - Today another letter saying canceled.

So that is 2 interviews scheduled and canceled "due to unforeseen circumstances". Not to mention the nearly 5 months it took to. Receive me EAD/AP because "the card machine was broken". It is simply unacceptable to be messed around in this way.

Seems like Dallas filed office doesn't issue approvals on the spot much these days. On November 15th I received a notification that all my filed cases were approved and 10 year green card is being produced. Yay I thought there was no end to this hell. The whole process was extremely nerve wrecking and long.

Well I just finished my interview ...and...I don't know....what to say....

They mainly went through my YES or NO questions I already answered and asked if I worked and how me and my husband met.

In the end idk if we where approved or not cuz I had everything n I must have forgot to put in my bank statements of our joint acct but I did have the letter saying we share an acct but now I feel that is still our down fall....

I am stressing really bad that if it's gonna get denied or not , she said the latest we should know is in 4 months *breathing heavily**

Someone that did there interviews recently in the Dallas office plz assure me everything will be ok
