New Hampshire Manchester office has literally nothing there is a few people now but doesn't really give me an idea how fast or slow things are going. Hoping we get info soon looks like I might here something in the next two weeks since that's about a month after my bio appointment !

Looks like several k1's and approx 3.5 months to me

Some sad updates about my case. It seems that my I-485 package is lost somewhere between the lockbox and USCIS :-(

The receipt number for my I-485 package never worked when I tried to check my status online. I called USCIS several times and every time I was told to wait for 45 days and it will show up. It never did!

Yesterday was the 46th day. I called and after being on hold for an hour and talking to different people, I was told there is no record of my I-485 package in their system. The package was received by the lockbox, hence I got the I-797 and the check was cashed, but it was never entered to the system. They told me to contact the lockbox via email and asked them what's happened to my case, which I did. I'm not sure when I'm going to hear back from them :-(

Does anyone know the phone number of Chicago lockbox?

I got no RFE so that's a good sign :)

I'm so hoping I didn't get an RFE my bio was on March 24th I'm hoping I would of heard something by now if I did. Also we used the same cover letter for our packets so I'm hoping it's all good to go !!

Looks like several k1's and approx 3.5 months to me

Thank you so much I get a little overwhelmed looking at all the info a couple seem to have advanced with no interview too so finger crossed !

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

but don't worry you'll get through it :luv:

I am sure you will have no RFE unless you get someone who doesn't understand what to do ;)

I just hope my EAD/AP gets updated ASAP ;)

Can you see into getting anyone involved in this? Congressman or? I've never done it, maybe it could help?

I'm wondering Ipod, was your RFE for initial evidence or additional? We're almost on the same timeline in California, LA. I send my stuff in Tuesday and am waiting for a response. I'm hoping you get approved, so it's positive news for me.

Hey Tootak--I'm sorry about the disappointing news. In this instance, I would definitely say to skip the 15 day wait and contact your congressman directly. I have experience with this, and their office is usually very good about helping out their constituents!
