Well people it's official USCIS truly hates me

I didn't want to wait till March 5th to call as I seen so many people who mailed 2 weeks after me get a NOA1 so I called again this morning and they transferred me to the head of customer service and said they returned my package on the 19th do to incorrect amount ....WHAT!!!!! , I gave $1070 unless it somehow changed which I doubt that as I seen people pay the same amount and no problems

This is honestly ridiculous , it's like my I-129F all over again when they gave me a RFE for not putting N/A on things that don't pertain to me which on the form specifically says to leave BLANK if does not pertain to you , it delayed our k1 visa for 2 WHOLE MONTHS, looks like following the rules is BS when it comes to USCIS , now this error cost us a month delay

I am absolutely pissed off and I can't do nothing about it cause they won't own up to there mistakes

My husband got a tracker # for the delivery and we should get it by Feb 26 which now I am concerned cause Feb 22nd my I-94 expired, I know I can still file but is there anything I need to change or fix or to put in extra when I mail it again?

I am so sorry !!

At least you can rest a little knowing that your packet isn't lost and when it comes back you can photocopy your medical results.

I really hope nothing is wrong with my application now I'm freaking out I know I still have this week to go but people who filed after me are getting their stuff too and it's really getting to me.

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

but don't worry you'll get through it :luv:

That is the only good thing about this so the second I get my package back I am going to scan the medical form before sending and if God forbid it gets lost I'll have the extra copy

Oh my gosh, that sucks!!!

On the other hand, USPS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! It was suposed to be there Monday, it's still not delivered and the tracking numbers (1 for package, 1 for return receipt) are all wonky. I am tempted to go to the post office and let my angry temper take control. (Yes I freak out because for 2 weeks they lost my wedding video drive!!!! Or when I spent a week without any update on a package during december) :ranting::ranting:

Actually, they have they same benefits for insurance, same holiday, but are not run by the govt. Hubby is a carrier haha, he gets my frustration every night  !

If he is off on Friday, we are going to go to the Office and try for a refund. Clerk had told me I needed to send it Priority (and she tried to stuff my packet in the envelope!), but it was in fact because Priority was the same price as the (bigger) bubbly envelope I had selected. Package is supposed to be delivered today and Priority has to be done before 2pm. Sooo we will see!!

I'd like for my NOA to arrive before march 17, just to be on the safe side ( it's the 180 days post I-94 mark for me, so I'd rather be in the "limit" even if the overstay is forgiven).
