If the OP has a valid tourist visa, that's already good. And the chance of being asked about relatives in US is there. So need to think about scenarios available there.

- after cbp officer will enter op passport data, system will straight show all history and connections with father and his overstay???

Personally, I wouldn't risk it. I have been submerging myself in reading up on USCIS processes and DHS processes. If you are denied entry at the POE, it WILL harm you further down the road. BEcause I believe (if I am understanding it correctly) that you will have sough entry into the USA by fraud/material misrepresentation with intent. I am in no way saying that you are, just playing devil's advocate. Whether you actually were trying it or not. There just has to be the reasonable assumption by the officer that you are. Yes, your dad's actions will affect you by association.

To me, just my own unsuccessful opinion, you will have the following against you:

You are young, unmarried, no familial ties, no monetary ties, and your dad has overstayed. Yes you have a visa, but remember that at any step in the process, you could be turned away. I think it is much worse to be turned away at a port than at an interview.

Apparently though in regard to your dad, from what I have read, DHS has no way of knowing who left, only who came into the country and the number of those who left. There was a recent study done on this little hiccup.

Don't let a temporary decision cause you long term grief. Saying things like I am coming to see a "relative" etc when you know in your body the truth, is not good advice. There are ways to spot a person thinking creatively. That is how I caught my first husband in many a lie. lol

Uhm no. Being denied entry at most will cancel the current visa as long as they dont lie. You don't get a lifetime ban just because you're denied entry once.

The CBP has no idea about any family the OP has in the USA until they ask that question. They dont know the father is there illegally (personal opinion on that aside) until the OP says something.

Never lie to the CBP. But you dont have to tell them your life story unless they ask. Be concise and truthful. Dont babble.

Does the tourist visa application ask parents names?

I have not applied for one so i don't know but seems you should have to list parents and siblings names

If so, his informatioin will be computer and show up either at interview or POE

Incorrect...OP has a valid multiple entry visa & will gain entry if she is honest, I don't believe even though it will e a Summer visit

she should buy a ticket for 4 mths, although she can stay up to 6 mths (she can get an extension) OP they may not ask you about

family except where you will stay....do not give them answers to questions they do not ask you, neither should you travel with mails

from your dad in the US, lastly delete all text messages in your phone when traveling....good luck
