Hi To all

My daughter and I are trying to figure out more or less when we can expect to receive a notice if God willing everything goes well!!!.

On the USCIS website, it states that as of November 30, 2015 their processing timeframe of I-130/Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21” for the CSC was May 12, 2015. What exactly does this mean?

According to the form I got from DHS (Form I-797, Notice of Action) my daughter Priority Date was January 3, 2011 with a Notice Date of August 29, 2013.

Somebody please help me know clarify this!!! And how long it will take for us to get another information from them.

Thank you everyone for any help you can give in shedding some light on this.

hi

nothing for you, that's how long it is taking to approve the i130, you filed in 2011 and it was already approved, no need to check the uscis, since the petition is at the NVC stage

you have to check the visa bulletin every month

You should monitor your priority date on the Visa Bulletin, as of February 2016 the priority date that is current is 01MAY05.

Since your daughter's priority date is January 2011, give or take she is still going to wait for at least 6 years.

Ok thanks for the info..I have another question. Can she allow to visit me in USA during these process.

She can apply for a visitor visa like everyone else who wants to visit the US. Whether she is allowed to visit you depends on her qualifying for a visitor visa like everyone else.
