I lost one of my receipt numbers

When I submitted my package in November couple weeks later I received a receipt notice that I paid the $590. That document has a receipt number on it and I still have this document, I did not lose it.

Then I received a biometrics appointment letter that had a different receipt number. I went to my biometrics appointment and everything went well only sometime after that I lost that letter. So I still have the very first receipt number but not the number from the biometrics appointment letter.

Since the biometrics appointment letter (over 2 months ago) I didn't get any new correspondence from USCIS

Should I care that I lost the bio appointment letter and its receipt number? I'm asking because the receipt notice number from the very first letter (the one I didn't lose) does not work when I try to check my status online. Am I going to get any other letters from USCIS?

You need the biometrics number to check your status online. Call the USCIS and get it.

and register as a user?

when you do that, you can enter all of your receipt numbers and check the status[es ] .

Maybe you did that, and forgot about it ? If you have an account with USCIS with a username and password - CHECK IT OUT next -
