Cosmos, I think we will get the letter shortly after the interview is booked. My status currently says "At NVC" on the CEAC site after my CC today. From the spreadsheet it looks as though Canada booked some appointments at the very end of January, so I'm not sure if they will book us until the middle of this month. I see Florida Bear has no interview yet after 2 weeks or so, so maybe there are more to book yet this week. Hope so.

Gobucks so happy you got CC today as well!!! If our spouses happen to have the same interview date and time, we are all meeting up at a coffee shop (Tim Horton's) and waiting for them! That includes you too FL Bear! I hope we hear something soon, we are so close!

Thank you and January 22nd, 11 days ago. Sorry for all the questions, but does anyone know how long it takes for NVC to send us an email/letter as to what's next? Would that be the "P4, interview letter"? Also does your status ever change to "At NVC" when you check your status on the CEAC website after NVC confirms CC? Thank you!!

Normally 7 days after CC you will get notified via email informing you about your CC and that your case is in line for available slots.

But some lucky ones get an Interview Letter (P4) with an Interview Date.

SEAC status stays "AT NVC" after CC and IL (P4), it will change to "IN TRANSIT" one day before DHL picks it up at NVC and stays that way for few days until your post receives it, then eventually it will change to "READY".

In my opinion CEAC sucks, it does not bring you any NEWS unless you never follow up your case calling NVC.

Hi guys.I have a quick question. In the P4 or interview Letter, they ask us a new Tax return information. So i have to file my 2015 tax asap. Which status do i have to choose. Single or married. I'm confused guys. Any help.

We havent any check list or mail or anything

Should I be worry?

Not sure what to do we have to check flights, where to stay and for how long because is in another state

First of all, update your timeline so we can see how your case progressed.

Just focus on the interview, bring all the ORIGINALS and copy of your AOS (updated if economics changed).

My wife's interview is also on March 1st at 8:00 AM. I will be there with her.

No interview for me today also....Did anybody at new delhi embassy is even getting a date.... Embassy says they have opened date and NVC is in no mood of giving dates....Man these guys are making my life almost on the verge of frustration....

Yeah I can feel your frustration...I was going through similar motions when I was not getting scheduled. We were calling NVC almost everyday after 10 days of case complete and got tired of hearing same response. It really stresses you out ...It took 31 days after cc for me to get an interview date. I hope you don't have to wait that longer..Wish you luck.

Hi everyone, what is immigrant visa application part 1 and part 2. On interview letter means or is it the Ds 260? Thanks in advance.

Part 1 and Part 2 was the old DS-230 which was replaced by DS-260. NVC just hasn't updated their old form.

Just be sure you have confirmation from (that is what it should say).

Hi Everyone! We got our 3 N/A's today, called NVC and they confirmed CC!! I guess now we wait for NVC to email/mail us a letter? My husbands interview will be in Montreal. Congrats to everyone with their recent CC!! Very exciting.

Case Complete email will come 7 days after Case Complete so 2/9. Than when you are scheduled an interview the P4. That's all you get.

Seems the P4 is coming in 2 to 4 days. It's not instant.

I haven;t seen anyone get interviews yet for Canada so they probably still scheduling. So hang on.

Hi dwheels76 thank you ... and yes all of that was sent to USCIS, we sent like 3 year of skyping transcript and about 150 photos , I am only asking if these are at the embassy or I should get more at my interview, because I read somewhere that the embassy might not have them ...Also about the fees yes we went through NVC and paid everything I have the recipets, but It looks that in case your visa is approved you are supposed to make a payment online or something like that ?

The $165 is the green card production fee you can pay online either before you leave your country or after you arrive.

Just as long you have updated evidence is all needed probably won't even be asked since you packed a good petition. Good for you.
