I already got a status change they approved my petition. However, I am asking if I will get another notification as they actually ship it to the NVC.

My timeline is complete so far... I have not started NVC processing yet!

Thank you.

I only got the notice and then i knew that the case was on its way to NVC.

But maybe i remember wrong.

Best you call NVC and ask specifically:

"Have you started scheduling March Interviews for Guyana?"

"Has Guyana closed March scheduling?"

See most call and just ask the generic "Is scheduling complete for March?" And it may be done for one country and not another. So make your question specific to your embassy.

Also Thomianguy you realize Nessa19 has CC 10/28 and they are still waiting? Have you checked out the spreadsheet and seen the others waiting just like you. Sorry.

UPDATE:

Nessa19 just let me know they got March interview scheduled February 3. Sorry Thomiamguy and 2 others. Might be in for a wait.

I actually spoke to Nessa19 and she said her visa category is F2A which is very different from ours so that might explain why she had to wait so long for an interview. With a fresh round of interview assignment coming up, I hope we are among them.

CONGRATS to everyone with case complete and approvals. I know how long and dreary this process is and I'm so happy to see you all expressing joy after all the frustration. Our first wedding anniversary is next month so I am hoping we get a good anniversary present and they give us our date.

I'm surprised they gave you a specific answer! I've been calling them ever since we've gotten our case completes and none of them seem to give an accurate answer to my questions - typical

We're nearing the end of the month guys so we should be expecting to hear from them verrrrrrryyyyyy sooooooon

My case hasn't been sent to Juarez yet and I got approved expedite officially as of Friday. Hoping they send it out today so I cant start calling the embassy soon. Anyone know how long it takes to arrive?

Should take about a day, my understanding is that they send it electronically over to them

Went to do my taxes, want to add my wife on that as well as i am filing Jointly. Attorney says if i am filing Married jointly TIN number needs to be generated. For that he is asking for attested copy of my wife Passport from the passport office. Then he will be able to file Married jointly.

Is there any other way, or different document i can provide, coz its hard for her to go get that copy.

Any suggestion !!! coz i have no idea what to do.
