Feburay 09 2015: NOA 1 Recieve Recipt in the mail

Thank you and January 22nd, 11 days ago. :) Sorry for all the questions, but does anyone know how long it takes for NVC to send us an email/letter as to what's next? Would that be the "P4, interview letter"? Also does your status ever change to "At NVC" when you check your status on the CEAC website after NVC confirms CC? Thank you!! :)

Yes, Part 1 and Part 2 = DS- 260 in the IL.

Note: it has a code R, which means: You submitted the Immigrant Visa Application online. (it's on the next page).

CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER US EMBASSY BOGOTA

09-08-2015 Express mailed my I-130 package to Chicago Lock-box.

09-11-2015 Received NOA1 via email with a PD of 09-09-2015

09-19-2015 Received I-797C via snail mail. (NOA1)

10-21-2015 My wife came to visit me on a B1/B2. No problems at POE Miami :P

11-04-2015 Received NOA2 via email. (56 days after NOA1)

Well ready all that should have been part of your petition package. you should only be taking updated things that happened after you petitioned. And it's really too late for affidavits

Just have your originals ready to hand over and your pictures easily accessible.

There's nothing to pay at embassy if you went through NVC..

Hi dwheels76 thank you ... and yes all of that was sent to USCIS, we sent like 3 year of skyping transcript and about 150 photos , I am only asking if these are at the embassy or I should get more at my interview, because I read somewhere that the embassy might not have them ...Also about the fees yes we went through NVC and paid everything I have the recipets, but It looks that in case your visa is approved you are supposed to make a payment online or something like that ?

how do you print out chat history like whatapp and viber? <_<

You can also download a program it is called CopyTrans ,once downloaded you will get the instruction in how to get chat history of both Viber and Whatsapp , remember to connect phone to PC when doing this .

You can also download a program it is called CopyTrans ,once downloaded you will get the instruction in how to get chat history of both Viber and Whatsapp , remember to connect phone to PC when doing this .

April 22 2015 recieved I-130 vermont

april 28 2015 noa 1 in the mail

September 21 2015 transffered from vermont to california

October 05 2015 I-130 approved at california

october 09 2015 noa 2 in the mail

October 21 2015 case recieved at nvc

December 9 2015 all mail at nvc

January 16 2016 case completed at nvc

Cosmos, I think we will get the letter shortly after the interview is booked. My status currently says "At NVC" on the CEAC site after my CC today. From the spreadsheet it looks as though Canada booked some appointments at the very end of January, so I'm not sure if they will book us until the middle of this month. I see Florida Bear has no interview yet after 2 weeks or so, so maybe there are more to book yet this week. Hope so.

Scan Date: December 22nd, 2015
CC: Groundhog Day, 2016 (42 days)

One more last question Frankjavir, I sent NVC 2014 IRS transcripts for both me n joint sponsor. Do I need to send the same to beneficiary for interview or tax return?

As per DOS website, the beneficiary HAS to bring to the embassy interview all the documentation you sent to NVC, Originals and one copy.

The beneficiary needs to bring a copy of the AOS package and if something changed a new original signed by you I-864, specially if is too close or passed April 18, you will need updated AOS with 2015 tax documentation.

No interview for me today also....Did anybody at new delhi embassy is even getting a date.... Embassy says they have opened date and NVC is in no mood of giving dates....Man these guys are making my life almost on the verge of frustration....
