From all these posts lately it seems that every embassy is slacking on the interview date side. We all are waiting for the same thing.. haha

I guess the good thing is time is inevitable and they can't hold off forever

has anybody a March interview scheduled in the Netherlands so far?

We're a dutch couple with a Feb interview, but I know robrom had a cc date January 16 and is a March 22 interview in Amsterdam.

oh no, 2 months between cc and interview! it takes a while here in Amsterdam

i got the case completed email on Feb the 5th, so i guess my effective cc date was Jan the 28th or so..

Yes I have heard that too. It's actually 7 days before. Yesterday I got my cc email with was 2/9/16 so my actual cc would have be 7 days back, 2/2/16.

When I was researching this last month I went back through the spreadsheet and timelines to (i believe) 2013. There weren't a lot of netherlands cases. Most were between 28 and 60 days from cc to interview. I think I figured the average was about 42. I don't remember exactly and I threw away the paper I was working on because our expedite was approved. But even so we were more than 40 days between expedite approved and interview. I think with amsterdam it takes as long as it takes. That's all there is to it.

i just called nvc and they informed me that they are still scheduling march interviews for Cuidad Juarez. I am hoping i can be squeezed into march:)

It's so crazy every rep has something different to say. I called yesterday inquiring for my CC email and she said it automatically gets emailed after 7 days of CC and my CC was on February 4th (so I should get it tomorrow). My CC was confirmed however by a NVC rep on February 2nd.

Now after hearing this, does that mean we aren't "Officially" complete? NVC is so confusing with their mixed responses. Definitely call back FL Bear, that sounds very sketchy to me, hopefully a different rep will give you some better news...

That's NVC for you. They'll say whatever they have to to get you off the phone. I told my husband that we should start calling ourselves NVC survivors because we took on NVC for eight months and survived.

They were right about the cc email though, it is actually automatically emailed out seven days after cc so yes, you should have that wonderful email tomorrow and then you can jump for joy.

I'm not sweating it as everything will happen in due time. Will check tomorrow and see what they say. Obviously hoping for the best but it will happen when it happens. I'm not the type to call NVC multiple times in a day and get my anxiety up. lol

But just be sure not become too OK....sometimes you need to be persistent...I am not saying calling will help or not but at least you should be keeping an eye on the case since you have vested interest in your case not them for them it is Just a case file with a number that they have to move.... Calling every hour is obsessive but everyday after 5 PM EST does the trick for me.... Best of luck to everybody who are waiting for case complete email and interview for March...

They just told me they are still schedulung for March for Guyana. Not sure what takes them 8 business days, so far, to schedule appts for a countty of 700,000 people with perhaps 15 or less couples up for a visa on any given month?
