GoBucks, they admitted it comes out a few days AFTER. It is NOT immediate so, if like me, a "few days" can be the difference between a $500 plane ticket or a near $1,000 plane ticket, you call to know immediately.

Gotcha. Thank you.

Best you call NVC and ask specifically:

"Have you started scheduling March Interviews for Guyana?"

"Has Guyana closed March scheduling?"

See most call and just ask the generic "Is scheduling complete for March?" And it may be done for one country and not another. So make your question specific to your embassy.

Also Thomianguy you realize Nessa19 has CC 10/28 and they are still waiting? Have you checked out the spreadsheet and seen the others waiting just like you. Sorry.

UPDATE:

Nessa19 just let me know they got March interview scheduled February 3. Sorry Thomiamguy and 2 others. Might be in for a wait.

dwheels, forgive me for not checking the spreadsheet, but when I last checked it about 2 weeks ago, I think you or someone else had filtered down to just Guyana alone and the 4 of 5 people there all received a date within a month with a short time to interview or short time from CC to interview date with a month to interview. I was going by that, but I see, some cases can be extreme.

Nessa19 has been there I know for awhile and was there. It's you and garey waiting. Something must have seriously happened starting in October. Before that true it was no more than a month wait. All you can do is wait.

Have yet to see Canada, UK, DR, Sweden, Nigeria, Ghana, Philippines announce March dates. Maybe we are in round 2. Goodness

Yeah something's up with Sweden. They are being very slow in responding to emails, reviewing 221(g)s and now booking interviews too it seems like. When we first replied to our 221(g), we got a response within two days. This time around, it's been a week and counting. I've heard of other Scandinavians in the same boat, week or longer for the 221(g)s. Maybe sick calls, staffing issues etc?!?! Who knows, but there's definitely a delay there.

I don't like to hear that!! But 100% not sure, o.k so still hope lol. If they are done scheduling for March though, does that mean we have to wait until March to get a possible April date, or can they still schedule interviews for April in February?? Hmmm...

NVC rep I just spoke to believes Canada is done scheduling for March, but he's not 100% sure. LOL.

I can call NVC tonight and see if I get a different answer :)

I just called NVC and the rep said she "thinks" the scheduling for the end of March is still open for Montreal. I asked when my case was completed and she said it was fully completed today. That didn't make sense vs. what the other reps have told me so I questioned her on it. She said the previous reps would have seen that NVC wasn't requiring anything else so the case was technically complete but that it's "officially" complete today. She stated that some documents were scanned in today and now I am in line to get in interview in Montreal. I guess the case complete letter or whatever they attach with the file going to Montreal was scanned in today so now it's done. (shrug)

So I am going to call tomorrow and see if what they say jives with what the rep said today. It will happen, just the closer it gets the more anxious everyone becomes.

It's so crazy every rep has something different to say. I called yesterday inquiring for my CC email and she said it automatically gets emailed after 7 days of CC and my CC was on February 4th (so I should get it tomorrow). My CC was confirmed however by a NVC rep on February 2nd.

Now after hearing this, does that mean we aren't "Officially" complete? NVC is so confusing with their mixed responses. Definitely call back FL Bear, that sounds very sketchy to me, hopefully a different rep will give you some better news...
