Case Complete to Interview March 2016

Okay I don't know if its nepotism or not but Hallelujah I got Case Complete.

Best part was I saw the 3 NA's covered my mouth, my husband thought I bit my tongue. I showed him what I was seeing on my phone and he gave me a big hug and kiss and said "Baby we did it".

Scan date 1/4. Today is day 36.

My timeline is jacked and trying to get the admin Captain Ewok to fix it.

Hey there,

Because I fall into one of the general adult age groups (I'm 31), there were only 3 (technically 4 that are required).

- MMR

- TDAP

- Varicella (only required if you have not had chicken pox before... Verbal declaration is all that's needed if you have had it).

- Flu shot (during flu season).

I had MMR done as a baby, so I brought my health passport showing the date. I had to get a TDAP booster shot done in the summer, and then I got the flu shot a couple months ago so I was good to go!

All immigrant visa applicants are required to obtain certain vaccinations prior to the issuance of the immigrant visa. You may need to have one or more of the vaccinations listed below, depending on your age. Congrats to all who have received their interview date!!!

Just got off the phone with the NVC and still no date. Our case was completed on 1/26/16 (exactly two weeks ago). I have to admit, this is the first time in this process I have NO general idea when a answer will come through. Interview dates are all over the place from country to country and even WITHIN one country. Some folks get their interview date the SAME day, others, within days, others within weeks and others a month or more later. There is no "ballpark" idea I can get like when I watched the case completed situations where you could see scan dates to CC going in order.

So yes, it is draining and even more so because while we wait, Valentine's Day hits in a few days and we will be apart and then exactly one week later (2/21) is my wife's birthday and we will be apart again and then exactly one month later (3/21) is our FIRST wedding anniversary and an interview date BEFORE that time is looking kind of iffy. Then 6 days later it is Easter (a huge thing in Guyana) so flights the week before will probably be booked or be up to $600 more dollars more than the week before so if the interview falls on those days leading up to it, I might NOT be able to get a flight to go unless I fly around the world to get there. So yeah, it is a critical time right now, Gotta hear something yesterday!

So your IL came 25 days after CC (below average of 35 days for New Delhi) and your Interview in 55 days, (again below the average of 63 days).

At the end you came ahead of most of your country men going through New Delhi.

I hope all your depression and frustration is all gone.

Are going to accompany your wife for the interview?

And yes your prediction landed very correctly....But out of blue interview assignment raise my suspicion that for embassy like New Delhi, India have very weird schedule....probably NVC wait for them to be told when to give dates even they have already send dates and they control how many people they want to interview.... also visa category also come into picture

Awesome..You know what? By the time you guys land in the US, it will be three of you, He/she will show up 9 months later!!!

I was off by one day on the IL, I told you it will be yesterday.
