Absolutely!

I'm hoping Dwheels76 can possibly shed some light on this. I notice in the spreadsheet that there weren't any cases with a C/C for Kingston in anywhere in early to mid January. I know there were a few holidays in January also. I know there are applications that aren't on VJ but I assume this should be good news for us. Could it be possible that we are both in the next round of interview scheduling? I looked thoroughly too.

I seen that and was floored at the delay in giving an interview date. I have seen some get a date within a few months others wait three or four months for the interview date.

At the rate Ghana is going it will be June or July before we get an interview that is the soonest.

I am crossing my fingers for you. I hope you get your interview date this week!

Thanks! I really appreciate it! Me too! I would be soooo overjoyed! I haven't seen my husband for over a year now and he hasn't even met our daughter who is now 7 months. I will be happy when this whole process is over and we're together again. I wish you a very speedy interview as well.

NEED SOME NEW EYES HERE:

Dear Sir,

You are welcome. Due to the earlier appointment date, we have not had time to send the appointment notice after reviewing your documents. We will require an updated Affidavit of Support I-864 from your petitioner, where she enters her intended U.S. address, as well as submits a letter as to why she did not file taxes in the U.S. (or submits her tax return for the most recent taxable year). Note that the current income in Part 6 must be only U.S. income.

Unfortunately, we will also require an updated I-864 from the joint sponsor (where he selects “I am the only joint sponsor”). As we require the original form with the handwritten signature by the sponsor, the whole form needs to be refilled and sent to us (or forwarded from you).

We also require your original Danish birth certificate, the English version with an original stamp and signature, as well as original documents and original English translations of all other required documents (Marriage certificate, military service record, etc).

Please obtain an employment letter from the joint sponsor, as proof of current annual income, as well as the paystubs for the three most recent months. The petitioner needs to kindly fill out an updated I-864, and enter her intended U.S. address (as a sponsor must have a U.S. residence). In addition, she must fill out Part 6.2 with only U.S. income (enter zero if no U.S. income). - He is not working no more, so..

Petitioner (My wife) has fedex me her new i-864 and we have papers from IRS saying "she is a non-filler"

I also talked to NVC and was told that my Joint sponsor papers was fine.

But i had my sponsor sent a new one also.

All the rest of the papers i have right here.

Do i miss something ?

There is no part 2. The NVC Interview Letter template is old and has not been updated since they scraped the DS-230 (Part 1 and Part 2) for the online Ds-260.

Just have your DS-260 Confirmation

Could it be possible that we are both in the next round of interview scheduling? I looked thoroughly too.

The lack of people on my spreadsheet means nothing. For every one of you there are 10 to 20 more out there. Some lurking on VJ with no country flag, no timeline. I stopped searching around and adding folk. If people don;t want to bother to fill out the form or tell me in PM or on the thread well they aren't added.

Trust me there are plenty of January CC's out there. I have seen many times for Jamaica and other embassies not one person on VJ getting an interview for that months scheduling. That means there are alot of folk out there before you and they got the slots. Or that month could be a not alot of slots month. Like summer time there are few IR1/CR1 slots for most embassies because they got to process tourist and students.

Lagos for instance does 400 to 500 interviews er day that's just Tourist Visas.

It's best to prepare for the 100 to 120 days after CC for date. That way it comes sooner what a surprise. As someone said My friend just got her Kingston interview for April and she has been waiting since 10/23. Looks like they went from Oct through end of Dec which is a big block of scheduling So hopefully the gap will get even smaller.
