Dwheels76 sorry if I seem a bit of a bother but just to help clear up the confusion on my part. I saw my 3rd N/A on January 22nd.My wife didn't call to verify C/C until February 01. Yet it took us almost a month after the 3rd N/A to get the C/C email. Could it just have been they sent the email late? I don't know what it is about our case that could have caused a delay? When we called on February 01 the representative told us that everything was in order and case was completed but didn't get email until all the way on February 17 even though the 3rd N/A was January 22nd. So you're saying I am most likely to get the P4 email in April for a June interview correct? Funny enough June is my birthday and was hoping to long be done with the process and with my wife before then but oh well. It will be a good birthday present if all goes well.

The 3 NA's is NOT certified always case complete. Many people here have seen it and even told when they called NVC case complete and it wasn't true. Ask Florida Bear. Almost a month later after 3 NA's and a conformation from NVC.

You have to realize that person answering the phone is just going by whats on their screen. Many times someone may get case complete and supervisor reviews or it needs further look at and pulled. That's why many people get surprised when they get Case Complete and then get their interview letter that things weren't all in order or they need to bring updated documents to interview.

I would stay on top of your Case Complete maybe call again this week just to verify.

As far as interview date as my spreadsheet shows Jamaica is a few months wait. so far they are at 12/288 CC getting April Interviews. So they have improved alot in the last few months.

I, by no means have as much knowledge as dwheels, but your CC was actually 1/22. Typically, the official email stating that you have met all the document requirements comes about a week or so later of seeing the 3 N/A's. I'm not sure if the "official" receipt of the letter has any impact on the scheduling portion of the process. What I will say is that, the NVC is that during my process I rec'd several emails about cases that weren't pertaining to me. So the93rd could have been issues with there notification process, not with your particular case, and that's understandable they are processing thousands of cases daily. On the flip side, that lessens your wait, portientially, for a scheduled interview. Again, the lasteat date on the spreadsheet for Kingston was 1/22 with an April interview date. It happens to be a different visa type than what we are petitioning for and I am not sure if that plays a factor or not. For IR/CR visa type, I believe the CC date was 12/24. If the visa type doesn't play a factor in the scheduling process, as they say in the letter (first in, first out), then it could be possible that you hear something soon. This week would be a good judgement of how things will play out.

I so wished I knew how long they would be scheduling for that particular embassy...

Visa types play a big part. Most of the December CC's were F2A. Those 1/22 you mention are F1. IR1/CR1 I can tell you for most embassies we are at the bottom. I guess because we are citizens who we going to complain to right.

Hopefully their CC is 1/22 who knows Kingston is backlogged but at least you aren't Algeria, Egypt or Ghana. Now that my friends we all need prayers for our friends waiting months on end there. 7 months so far for Algeria.

I am really hoping that my C/C is officially 1/22 but is 3 weeks C/C going to make a huge difference between an April interview or a June interview? What about early to mid May? I am still a newbie here so it will take awhile for me to get the hang of it. Like Dwheels said most interviews take around 120+ days in Kingston after C/C which I pretty much seen for almost every case apart from the ones expedited. So even if my C/C was 01/22 or 02/10 shouldn't I get an interview for the May batch of interviews? Also how can we know when NVC or the embassy has filled up interview slots for April? Has anyone called and verified if slots for Kingston have been filled up or are they still handing interview dates this week?

Yes, I realize that need to view the spreadsheet...but since I can't recall my password when my battery dies on my phone I would like to switch to my laptop with having to log in as a guest and for that I need my password to my account. I've requested to reset it but I never seem to get the email for resetting (not even in spam). Edited by shsl73

Sorry forgot the NOT in 3 NA's is NOT certified Case Complete.

So in that case I should assume that my C/C was February 09 or 10 (I seen some C/C emails for most took 8 days).

What about the emails itself where it says that interviews are scheduled in about 60 days can anyone verify if that is the case also for Kingston interviews. If it is should I expect my P4 email at the end of March or soon after?

I can only speak for the case complete and letter transmission. My case was completed on 2/4, I got the email "official" letter stating that all document requirements were met on 2/11. Since I am still awaiting an interview date Edited by shsl73
