So oddly enough, no one asked to see my confirmation page. Obviously bring it Since it's required, but I'm wondering if they can see it on your file on their computer.

WOuld you mind telling me the financial documents you had during your interview? My husband is kinda confused on what he needs to send me. I will

They didn't ask me for updated financial evidence. Here is what I brought:

I864 - petitioner, joint sponsor

I864A - household member (because of joint taxes)

2012 - 2014 - tax transcripts for all

2012-2015 - W2 for all

Last 6 months of pay stubs for all

Birth cert for joint sponsor and household member

Employment letter for joint sponsor

Here's what they actually asked for at the interview:

Joint sponsor and household member birth cert. (Not sure if she just wanted it because she saw I had it).

Joint sponsor birth cert. For what ?? They get a copy of the Passport..

They get the petitioner passport. We also had a joint sponsor and household member. They didn't have passports, so as a part of the NVC process, we had to send in the copy of their birth certificate.

People are getting confused on the wording of "bring updated financial documents to Interview". If nothing was updated there's nothing to worry about. But I advise every Beneficiary have a copy of the AOS package. Just in case NVC lost, embassy lost it. It has happened and it's very sad.

Sukie spelled it out a few days ago. People like me will either have filed 2015 or I am filing an extension. No update to my I-864 but I will have as everyone one of you should have at least your 2015 W2.

Well after talking to NVC some days ago, we will not change or add more to the papers after there advice.

And that's even with my wife living at the sponsors house now, because he is not supporting her and my kids.

Pls. let it be Tuesday soon so i can be on my way to Stockholm and get this done

Yep, we could have used a copy of their passport as well (but they just didn't have one).

I'm going to take 2015 tax return with me but do i have to take form i-864 & i-864a with me for interview?

Well its 2 to 2 months from CC. If December folk are getting dates now well than Feb, CC's can expect to be scheduled in April for probably June.

2 months looks alot better than the 3 to 5 months of the last year. So keep hope alive. my interview is 2 months away and it's going to be nerve racking.

Dwheels76 sorry if I seem a bit of a bother but just to help clear up the confusion on my part. I saw my 3rd N/A on January 22nd.My wife didn't call to verify C/C until February 01. Yet it took us almost a month after the 3rd N/A to get the C/C email. Could it just have been they sent the email late? I don't know what it is about our case that could have caused a delay? When we called on February 01 the representative told us that everything was in order and case was completed but didn't get email until all the way on February 17 even though the 3rd N/A was January 22nd. So you're saying I am most likely to get the P4 email in April for a June interview correct? Funny enough June is my birthday and was hoping to long be done with the process and with my wife before then but oh well. It will be a good birthday present if all goes well.
