Sorry to sound stupid...but i have a printed copy of our certificate but dont i need the original to get a certified copy?? I didnt realize i needed one when i sent them our original

make a copy of what U have or take the printed copy u have to the interview. After the interview ur original documents will be return to u. U really do not need the original marriage certificate to make a copy. Just make another photocopies of what u have that is it. Edited by bookman

Are F1-F5's treated differently for interview assignment vs K1 visas and CR's?

I've been Case Complete since Jan 22nd but not interview date yet, gentlemen at the NVC said they usually start filling up slots in FIFO order as a F1 since I don't get to pick my interview date and that Montreal usually only assigns those at the beginning of each month for the follow month, waiting for next week to see if that's the case.

Currently: FB-1: I-551 approved in MTL 04/04/16. Issued 04/06/16.

Woop! Got my interview confirmation letter today! Now I just have to reschedule the interview - anyone got experience of rescheduling at London? Do I have to use the online form, or can I call?

I used the online form for LND since that's what it says to do but I emailed about 8 days ago and still haven't heard back. Really frustrating! I'm trying to move my husband's up because he has to work and also may have ankle surgery right before then. I re-emailed them on Tuesday after my husbands medical was complete but still nothing. Hoping they're just waiting to receive the medical on Monday to write me back so they know all is in order. Usually you are supposed to wait til your case status says "ready" online meaning it's in the hands of the embassy before requesting to switch the interview date. Also, you may want to wait until after medical is done to request it as that is also stated on the first post in this forum where all the info of steps is posted.
