Did you mean January 19th? Right now NVC is CC scan date Jan 20-22.

If its Feb 19 for you just figure about 35 days you should have case complete.

Did you mean January 19th? Right now NVC is CC scan date Jan 20-22.

Hi everyone ... I sent my packages yesterday but I realized I didn't submit court certificate I sent only police certificate I didn't knew my country provides separate ones ... Anyways what should I do can I send it additionally without waiting for a checklist and if so how should I do it ?

Like NVC says 30 to 45 days. Mine was 36 days. usually in that 30 to 40 days is when things happen.

We're experiencing a delay bcuz NVC didn't send the checklist email for my daughter's case...only for mine & my son's. Everything is packaged to send out and we're just awaiting that email to print the cover sheet in the attachment and mail it out ? We can't even print the 1 off the original email bcuz the wording and so on is different...I hate this but congrats to everyone who got CC ?
