Hi,

Yesterday we payed the AOS fee of 120 dollars, it showed in process after we payed it till this morning when it shows PAY NOW again ? I call NVC and she told me to wait few days and call my bank to see if it was a problem with them. I haven't paid the IV fee yet as it wasn't available.

Does anyone experienced something like that ?

These things happens sometimes. I suggest waiting to see if it changes by Monday, if not then call your bank to make a query. :thumbs:

We've just heard people whose scan date was Jan 21st have their case completed! Let's pray for those who are about to have good news :D including me lol

My scan date was jan 22nd, got cc on feb 27

May 15 2015 - Sent form I-130 to USCIS

May 19 2015 - form I-130 received by USCIS

May 22 2015 - form I-130 routed to Nebraska Service Center

June 29 2015 - form I-130 approved

July 7 2015 - Case approved and sent to Department of state.

August 20 2015 - DS-261 Submitted

September 2 2015 - IV/AOS fee paid

November 2nd 2015 - DS-260 Completed

January 22nd 2016 - NVC Scan Date

February 25th 2016 - Case Complete

February 26nd 2016 - 3 N/A's

March 12 2016 - Received Interview letter via email

April 25th 2016 - Interview at Tokyo Embassy

April 25th 2016 - Visa Approved!

April 28th 2016 - Received Passport with 6 month visa in mail.

Yesterday, I called NVC and found out we had got a case number assigned a couple of days (whee!). So naturally I filled in the DS-291 at once. Then today I realised I chose that I said I didn't want to choose an agent, so I re-did it and chose myself as the agent. From what I understand they will just disregard the first one when they review it? Or do I need to call NVC on Monday?

(Post-work brain made me fill in the form before I realised that it maybe wasn't the smartest idea.)

OMG! congrats!!!! how did you feel when you saw 3N/A?? lol

Excited....kinda fidnt believe it caz i checked earlier in the morning and it still had said PAID and i checked back 2 hours after today n saw the 3 N/A...i cant wait for monday to confirm.

Yes, they will disregard the previous one. I made the same mistake too. However, you can still call NVC if you have any questions.
