Would the 26th be a scan date since it was the day after Christmas? And the 27th was a Sunday.

Today in another group I've seen DEC-28 and JAN-9 CC.

But were they IR1/CR1 or F2A ? What thread was this?

Hi All--

First, I am amazed by how much information and support I can see from this site. Thank you for creating this forum.

Second, I am not sure if its okay to post my concern here as the subject title says February and my scan date is Dec 28, so I apologize if I'm messing up the convo here.

I just wanted to reach out to anyone who has the same or close to our NVC scan date. We received an email from NVC saying that they received our papers last December 28th and that we need to wait for 30 days. I know a few from this site who has same scan date and their case has already been complete, yet to this date we haven't received any feedback for our case (aside from the generic response from NVC hotline that our process is under review already... )

we were also told that process may take 30-45 days rather than just 30 days.

I guess, I just want to know if there are also people out there who shares the same experience..

It can be anywhere from 30 to 45 days. Really look at Business days to get a realistic timeline. Could be less could be more.

The cases are assigned to varies reps in the center everyone doesn't work at the same pace. Also the person in from of you could have had a 1000 page case file. Who knows you are almost there. I am seeing 12/28 getting CC's so just keep your eyes on our status for the 3 NA's

Got our case complete email this morning. Now for our interview date.

Awesome news today--I logged into the CEAS website and saw our 3rd NA, and just got off of the phone with NVC who confirmed that our file is now Case Complete as of today, and they are just waiting to hear from the Montreal embassy for available dates.

These forums have been an incredible source of helpful information--thanks to everyone who runs them and to everyone who's responded to my previous questions. Good luck to everyone--hope your CC comes soon!!

I am also just as confused with the processing status. My scan date was Jan 19th....how is it that some persons seem to get preference over others

Was there an expedite request in there somewhere??

Everyone is missing that they filed EP. Electronically. They are 7 to 14 days on average to CC. There are 12 countries that can file EP.

I haven't seen Canada yet start with assigning March dates. So hang in there.
