Hey fellow NVC filers!

Just wondering if i should start calling NVC about the Case Number and IIN. Our NOA 2 date is feb 5th and the e-notification said they sent it to NVC on the 17th. Does it make sense to call already or is it too early?

Maybe anyone else has the same dates even?

Guess mine is too early, but still i sent email to NVC today and will call next week. Why don't you start calling as its already two weeks over from NOA2?

It never hurts to call and see if they received your case. Then give them a few weeks to assign you a case and IIN number.

Awesome! Every little update gets me excited too! I'm going to start calling once per week as of next week for case number. I hope I get lucky and it gets assigned soon. I hope yours gets assigned quickly as well.

Thank you, i hope you´ll get your case number really soon! The operator said something about how much time i should give them for the case number to get assigned but erm...well, i was so excited i did not really listen anymore :oops: I guess i´ll also call again in a week.

I have a question,though its interview related.. As I'm seeing many forums in VJ many are being approved at interview a few are denied too. But as I met my husband on FB through a common friend almost 5 years back,will that really be a problem that we met in fb? Like the officer can have problem with that? Its bothering me for a long time.

OMG thanx alot!!! Just read someone got AP in Nigeria and she's thinking because of FB and got anxious even more because saw a few denial too. Im always freaking lol!!

I have a question,though its interview related.. As I'm seeing many forums in VJ many are being approved at interview a few are denied too. But as I met my husband on FB through a common friend almost 5 years back,will that really be a problem that we met in fb? Like the officer can have problem with that? Its bothering me for a long time.

It's 2016 many people meet online. CO's don;t have issue with that. Please do not read into others peoples issues and problems as your own. If you have a real bonafide marriage than rest your mind.
