Just saw 3rd N/A ?????????. Hope it means something good. Will have to wait till tomorrow to check. I had two scan dates Jan14th and Jan15th.

Anyone with these dates got CC? How long does it take to know your interview date & do they send notification emails?

My wife called again this friday and they transfered us to supervisor review on friday. (she called before but they wouldn't transfer us she said) And today I logged in and saw 3 N/As my wife is going to call tomorrow to confirm , but I guess from what i've seen here that means its complete, thank god

You might get text and email that your file has been sent to the Department of State. Nebraska Service Center sends a week after approval.

USCIS has nothing to do with getting a case#. Your petition has to get there and about 14 to 28 days after arriving at NVC you are assigned a case number.

Than the fun begins.

Wow that's a long time ?? i guess will be same as waiting for NOA2. So I shouldn't expect anything before a month. ? Thank you

Hi all. Is it safe to say from the date I receive my case # from NVC to interview date is about 4 months assuming I'm super diligent and keep on top of things and everything goes according to plan on NVC side. I know every case is different just trying to get a ball park timeframe... Thanks

Should i get an update in email when USCIS will send my case to NVC? How long does it take in average? Can we get the case # before we get any update about case reaching NVC?

3 weeks after getting noa2 in mail??? ?? why do they take so much time.... Well haven't received any noa2 in mail yet hopefully soon. Well we can soon start this second waiting phase ? All the best because i guess you were the first or second one to get approval in September filers ??

How to get interview depends. April scheduling should start hopefully end of this ween or next week. Hopefully you will get a slot

Case Complete email comes 7 day after your case complete . You say it was yesterday so expect it in your email next Monday.

Maybe not likely for Jamaica. The wait after CC is 3 to 4 months. So add that to the 2 to 3 months of processing. I still have October people waiting for an interview date.

No case number yet. The case entered the system the 14th of this month. Is there any point in calling since they gave me 40 days or so. Or has anyone received it earlier?

It seems most of the July filers have finally made it to the NVC stage. One thing I have noticed is it has been very easy to contact NVC by phone. We have been traveling in USA and have gathered all documents for I-864. I will go back to Ukraine with my wife the first week in March to help to gather civil documents and send off our packages.......then wait. For me there was some confusion with the bar coded cover sheets. But after calling NVC I understand they want AOS and IV sent together to prevent a delay in our case.

I do have one question though.....What is "petitioners documents" on the bar coded cover sheet?
