So I was told this morning that regardless of when our scan date is, EP or snail mail, the packages will just sit there so long the DS-260 hasn't been reviewed. Sigh...

The DS-260 confirmation page says they won't review the DS-260 until they receive the AOS and IV documents. either way, I'm sure we're looking at 30-45 days. Here's hoping 30 days.

• Completed I-864EZ with civil documents and mailed Priority Flat Rate $6.45 from Airport Post Office (much cheaper than FedEx and goes directly onto the airplane) on 02/13/2016however, realized I forgot to check a box under Sponsor's Statement on page 4 of 7

Federal Holiday on 02/15/2016 (NVC closed)

Called at 5:59 a.m. on 02/16/2016 and spoke with a representative who told me to just mail in the corrected I-864EZ since I identified that I made a mistake and it wouldn't delay an additional 30 days because they will be received within a day or so of each other (Called later that morning and was told to do the same by another representative)

Mailed Corrected I-864EZ on 02/16/2016 First Class Mail Rate $1.20 (one- three day delivery)

AOS/IV packages delivered on 02/16/2016 (Tracked on USPS website)

Scan Date Received 02/18/2016 (Complete AOS/IV Package with Civil Documents)

Awaiting on 2nd Scan Date for revised I-864EZ which should be around 02/19/2016 or 02/22/2016 (will let you know)

I just got off on the phone with NVC and they have no update on the confimration of the receiving the docs neither scan date even though Fedex delivered the package on 02/16/16. Lets hope my scan date comes soon and interview date before 03/15.

I see that LinJoe has a the same mailing/delivery date as mine.. i am tracking him very careful

If yours was delivered also on the 16th and they still haven't scanned it, call later tonight. I bet they will have it scanned by then. I've been calling twice a day and today they finally said it was scanned today.

I told my husband our documents are officially in the system and the countdown/waiting starts now. really hoping we don't have to wait till the end of March. Then again, if it's closer to the end of March, maybe we don't have to wait as long for them to schedule an interview.

By the way, I was looking at your timeline and the consulate is listed as Armenia. Mine defaulted to that when I first setup my timeline. Are you really at Armenia, or is it really Mumbai or New Delhi?

My husband is in Kerala and will be interviewing in Mumbai.

I haven't received any email. i don't know about the wait time for an interview. I went to the US Embassy for Mumbai webpage and it shows the appointment wait times for non immigrant visas, but not immigrant visas.

it's been showing 2-3 months on the Embassy info page for a long time. i think if our case is complete in March, it might be a May interview.

Has anyone here had experience submitting a needed document before a checklist has been generated?

We submitted our packages to NVC in the beginning of this month, and we just received a police clearance that we thought was unattainable. Our original package includes documents to support our claim that the police clearance could not be attained; but, luckily they FINALLY issued it after many months of us trying to get it. Anyway, I'm just curious how this might affect our scan date.

Also, if I included a copy of my passport in our packages do I really mail it to my husband?

As soon as the IV Fee shows "Paid" status the DS-260 will become available.

Tomorrow will be 1 month from my scan date of January 19th! I'm so anxious and want to call for a possible update. What option should I choose on the NVC phone menu? Do you guys choose #3 which is to check if documents were received? I know they received it, I just want a status update.
