How can it be Dec 28th, your time say thats when you sent out the last packet ?

Okay I don't know if its nepotism or not but Hallelujah I got Case Complete.

Best part was I saw the 3 NA's covered my mouth, my husband thought I bit my tongue. I showed him what I was seeing on my phone and he gave me a big hug and kiss and said "Baby we did it".

Scan date 1/4. Today is day 36.

My timeline is jacked and trying to get the admin Captain Ewok to fix it.

You are now welcome over in the interview

LOL

Yes it does because there's nowhere to put scan date on the timeline so that's why its there. But we got an email saying december 28th was our scan date and my wife also called and confirmed that is was.

Do like the rest of us :)

Put all the information that can not be on timeline and even all that information in your signature :)

That way we have fast access to the information and the timeline will be more accurate.

Your day 45 will be this Thursday. I would call first thing on Friday morning and have them transfer your case to supervisor review. Our case was sitting for 45 days untouched. Once in supervisor review it was wrapped up in five days.

Okay, How do we get them to transfer the case to supervisor review? Do we simply just ask them to do so?

And thank you very much for your help

My pleasure! You just need to mention to the NVC rep that you are past 45 day mark and request supervisor review. They'll take care of it right there.
