Omg okay I don't want to get all hyped up yet but I just checked my email and I got an email this morning at about 5 am my time zone saying that they have received all docs as requested and that applicant is in queue for interview over seas..... So does that mean I got cc???? If it is than thank god!! And also that was fast since my scan date is 1/19/16

Congratulations! that usually means CC. Call them to confirm.

N-400/Citizenship process:

Applied online: 9/06/2020

NOA1 received: 9/07/2020

Biometric: reuse letter received 1/19/2021

Interview: 5/12/2021 - APPROVED!!! 😃

Oath Ceremony: 6/04/2021

your timeline shows you sent package on 26 october.i wonder how your scan date is 4 jan?

Did you call them today or yesterday? I mean sometimes they just don't update the 3NAs ! Im having a hard time reaching them over the phone

Thank you, I will and I will also call my lawyer just to confirm with her. I don't know if it was EP since my lawyer was the one that did everything. Type of visa? Well I'm a citizen and I'm fixing my husbands legal status . He is currently with me here in the U.S. . Either IR-1/CR-1 visa

My case was scanned in on 1/4 and I got my 3 N/As today if anyone is looking for a time reference - looks like they're working at around 36 days! On to the interview I go :)

Thanks!! I'll certainly update my picture.

I'm actually out of the U.K. Til may 1st with work, so even if I get a march interview, I'll have to reschedule for May! But I'll keep my timeline updated regardless.
