Can anyone tell me which cover sheet to use? I got one in the original email from the NVC. This one has a detailed checklist of what to include in the AOS and IV packages. I got another cover sheet after paying the AOS fee that has the NVC address in large bold letters. Not sure which one to use or which one to put on top if I use both. Thanks.

Cover sheet with the detailed checklist will go first. Then you put one copy of the AOS bar-coded cover sheet (from paying the AOS fee) on top your AOS package and another copy of the same AOS bar-coded cover sheet on top of your IV package.

Oh man :o:unsure: ...I think I messed up. I put the barcoded document coversheet on top of my aos and iv packets but didn't know I had to add the aos barcoded as well. Will I get a checklist or does the cover sheet below suffice?

Can anyone answer me if this applies to scan dates of fb2 visas?? They told us over the phone it was 30-45 days as well

I think its the same as for CR1/IR1.

It´s "just" a date from what we can see that the files are in there system.

They still need time to look them over.

I know for a fact the bar coded cover sheet does not give you a checklist. At WORST it delays your case being entered in to the system. (:

So I should not send in the aos barcoded one and just wait and see? I really don't want to get another scan date >_<

I'm so pissed right now. My husband mailed the documents on 28th Jan and I thought they'd received the documents and I called NVC today and they told me that they haven't received any documents yet :(.. The status for delivery post office also says pending.. So our documents are misplaced I guess cuz it's been 10 days. So we're planning to send through Fed-ex express now.

Is it okay if they receive the documents twice cuz there could be a possibility that that they receive it after some time. Please let me know guys. So upset :(

I wouldn't stress over this yet. USPS delivered my paperwork to NVC on Dec 21. Until the first week of January NVC kept saying they had no information on my packet in their system. I thought they'd lost the entire packet. Then on Jan 9 (19 days later!) I got an email saying my scan date is Dec 21.
