I read to put my case number on all documents for the AOS package and the IV package except for the cover letter. Did anybody actually do that? Do I just write in black in on everything. Top right corner? left corner? Do I write on the Affidatit of Support application too? Thanks. Just trying to have stuff ready to go when I get there.

Yeah, looking back at my records I used the form dated 2013, a new one was issued July 2nd 2015. I was ahead of myself filling in forms, my husband had some work problems so we were late submitting our AOS packages. I never thought to look at the validity dates on the forms. Ya live and learn... Although I have cracked open a bottle of wine to soothe the aching heart.

Thanks

But what's the difference between new and old ?

I haven't checked yet. I'm gonna call again tomorrow and ask for a supervisor to see if I can bring an updated form to the interview, the "lady" I talked to was so grumpy and unhelpful. She practically shouted at me. All the info I supplied was correct just the wrong form. We'll see... The worst they can say is no.

Cheers to you...yes just relax and everything will be ok. Even IF you did get the notice to send in the new form... just have the new one ready to mail.

So sorry to hear that. You must be feeling so frustrated. I hope they let you just bring it to the interview.
