On the ceac. site where you paid fees and submitted forms on the DS-261 button that shows all your activity The IV and AOS documents are already NA. The 3rd NA is when your AOS fee changes from PAID to NA. That's the 3 NA's and means Case Complete. You always though call in and confirm.

Hopefully end of next week or the next you should hear Case Complete. Right now they are at 1/4-1/6 Scan dates.

Me too. I don't know whether or not I should ring them today or just wait and see if we get 3 N/A's. I'm scared if I ring them they'll tell me I'm checklisted with something.

You should call them. Because if you have a checklist at least you will know earlier and you could prepare to send all the papers requested so you could have a early scan date.

I finally bit the bullet and rang them. The agent told me they are still reviewing our case and to wait 45 days and call again.

So no news. We are on day 37 now.

Hi. Ok thanks, I checked and definitely no 3N/As ???. So now I have another question, why would I need to go to the Nairubi Consulate, is there a place I can check, because as far as I am concerned, they do the interviews here in the Dar Es Salaam Consulate.

Keep me posted--- thanks
