Hello VJ!

Thank you so much for your help in advance! :)

I am a student with F-1 visa, got married to USC, and now I am filing for AOS.

My husband (petitioner) currently has 4 different jobs, one full-time management position, two part-time jobs (retail store and school), and self-employed (Uber/Lyft Driver).

He only started to have more than two jobs until recently, since last year September or so. His last five years of income is sufficient for household of 2.

Question 1. Should he add supplementary document and list all the jobs?

Question 2. For the tax return copies as evidence, are the tax returns from Turbotax sufficient enough? or does he need to get tax transcripts from IRS?

Question 3. Does he need to submit all the evidence to prove his employment? such as a letter from employer, pay stubs things like that? I was just wondering since the direction said it's not required unless specifically instructed to do so by a U.S. government official.

Question 4. In part 5, Sponsor's Household Size, I can't put any number in part 5 question 1 on PDF form that I downloaded from USCIS website!! So the total number at the end, which is question 8, wouldn't change :( Do I need Acrobat Reader Pro version to fix this? or is there any other way that I could plug the number in?

Thank you so much!!

I really couldn't have done anything by myself without VisaJourney's help.. People in this community are so amazing!

Good luck to everyone :)

Yes Tax return transcripts for the past 3 years are a huge requirement.

Pay stubs are not a requirement but it would be nice if you could submit pay stubs for the last year so that you don't get a RFE

If you can't enter the number of household size, then just print out the paper and write it out in black pen.

1. Yes, add supplemental pieces of paper as necessary.

2. No, get tax return transcripts directly from the IRS.

3. If you do submit that evidence, do, the more evidence the easier it is for them to process your paperwork.

4. Not a techie, sorry :)
