we are already married, before the 90 days. and we would like to know how to begin the process to have the green card for my husband. we want to do the process without any lawyer. we have all the informs and the documents that we need. but we don't know if we have send all informs together or we have send it little by little. and who and where do we have to send it too.? also some of the documents how the birth certificate of my husband is in spanish do we have to translated ? Can you confirm what are the informs I want to double check.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
