Oh, does the fee need to be paid from a computer, not a phone? Just trying to plan in advance for when we finally get P3. Thanks!

go ahead and pay first... you will be surprised how hard it is to get an appt... you literally have to refresh screen like 10-20 times a day or more. get the receipt and standby for refresh game, dont worry about P3 or P4, any date you get now is about 6 weeks out anyway

Anyone knows new slots for interview from GUZ consulate?

The appointment dates disappear within 20 minutes of appearing because of how many people are scheduling interviews. The NVC receives the appointments first, and then we receive them. GUZ has already sent the April appointment dates to the NVC. You will need to wait for the next batch to be released to the NVC. Unfortunately since you need the NVC to schedule for you, they have already used up all of the available dates provided to them by the Embassy.

Also, please fill in your timeline so we have a better understanding of where you are in your process, and which Visa you are applying for.

All I can do is speculate based on how they appear to the CR1/K1 applicants, and that it is on a weekly Basis. Just bear in mind that you have only received your information 2 weeks ago, It could take them a month or more to schedule the appointment.

I did a quick check of F2A timelines (most are not updated) and the average time from Approved I-130 (NOA2) to Interview was about 4-5 months.

Congratulations! Regarding, "bring what they ask for," can you direct me to the true official list of what is being asked for? I was confused because visajourney seems to recommend providing your fiance with the entire I-129F packet. This seems a little cumbersome for him to carry in with him. Of course he'll do it if it's actually recommended, but I thought the official list of things to bring was just the financial support stuff, his DS-160 confirmation page, passport, medical results, and proof of ongoing relationship.

5/12/16- Interview. Approved!

5/16/16- After a few days saying administrative processing, CEAC now says issued!

Additional snafu: my fiancé came over on his visa, but just a month later (and the day before we were going to get married) he had an emergency that necessitated him returning to China.  I contacted the Guangzhou consulate via their email system, provided the requested documents/proof, and he was granted a second interview for "reissuance."  He had to re-do the medical, redo the interview (bringing yet another copy of all of the things he had to bring the first time) and we were approved again!  He received what looked like a new visa in his passport, but the original 90 day countdown for marriage was still ticking.  He came back to the US and we got married right away!
