Please raise alerts here once you see spots available. The infamous "No appointment is available" is at the CGI site. this will help members here get an appointment for IVs....

I saw Mar 14 to Mar 17th. There were like 4-6 slots available each spot. It was 1140pm USA TUE 2/16/16. I clicked on Mar 17th, did the whole she bang... then saw the DS160 number was wrong. Can

Hi, my fiancee's friend gave us a tip that helped us get an appointment. If one is available it will say so on your dashboard page on the left side below logout. You can check that page as many times as you want without getting locked out. I probably refreshed that page 100 to 200 times the day we finally got one. Good luck to you.

For the past few weeks, we noticed the embassy will release dates on Friday Noon China time. You can try that too.

For example, I got my appointment Feb 23 on Jan 15. So on that friday Jan 15, they released the dates Feb 23,24,25; and then the following week they did the same thing, on friday Jan 22, dates released were Mar 8,9,10.

That was sort of the pattern I am guessing, but this past friday Jan 29 it seems like they didnt release dates... lol so I dont really know.

And if you are constantly refreshing, you might be able to get an appointment from others' cancellation..

05/26/2016 - Check of $1070 fee for AOS (I-485) was cashed (NOA date)

05/31/2016 - Received 3 text messages from USCIS with 3 case numbers

06/03/2016 - Received 3 NOAs from USCIS in the mail

06/09/2016 - Passed driving road test

06/13/2016 - Received Biometrics appointment notice (notice date 6/4/16)

06/20/2016 - Received drivers license with Temp Visitor status in the mail (expires in 2020)

06/23/2016 - Biometrics appointment

08/16/2016 - EAD card is being produced (received text message update)

08/20/2016 - Received EAD & AP Combo card, also EAD&AP approval notice.

08/22/2016 - AOS status changed to "Card is being produced" and 5 hours later "Case Was Approved" !!!

08/25/2016 - AOS status "Card Was Mailed To Me"

08/27/2016 - Received green card in the mail!!!

06/30/2018 - Bio Notice received, dated 6/22/18

07/06/2018 - Biometric done (walked in)

07/11/2018 - Scheduled Bio Appointment Date

08/13/2018 - 18 months NOA received, dated 8/6/18

08/22/2018 - GC Expires

05/23/2019 - New Card is being produced! (11 months 1 week 3 days since receipt date)

05/30/2019 - Card Was Delivered

05/24/2019 - Earliest Accepted Filing Date for N-400.

08/30/2022 - Filed N-400 online, eligibility basis = GC holder > 5 years.

I'm still getting the "no appointments available" but there are no calendars below the notice.... Are you guys experiencing the same thing?

Welcome to the appointmentless club..... we have been trying.. no luck and if you try too many times there... it says reaching maximum tries....

It is so frustrating to reach this surprise near the end of the journey...

I didn't see a calendar until an appointment was available. A message showed up on the dashboard page on the left side under logout. I think it said 'Earliest available appointment ' and then the date. You can check that page as much as you want without getting locked out. Good luck.

Sob sob... Its CNY, no dates at all..... All these people even working or the tie what u see to the case file names ready for interview? Ie cgi and embassy match names to allow view permissions wrt to p3 or p4 issuance...... Can only guess
