Thanks for ur reply. As i told u guys right now i already file as CR1 visa after i failed with K1. I really worried about my new filling because my married certificate and my married ceremony are not the same. It abit complicate about my story. Let me share about it. I met my wife in 2012 then we got engage in 2014. After engaged i quickly filed as k1 visa. I was hired lawyer for filling my case. In 2015 apr, she got interview date. We really happy for that and i also plan going to interview with her and we are sure we will get visa because we real couple. Because of this reason we think will belong together anyway so we set up date for married in cambodia after interview one day And we plan to married again in US so we not ask permission from foreign ministery or something. But the result is so bad!!!!! After married 5months i go back to cambodia and ask letter from embassy then take it to ministery of foreigner for register married certificate.

So what i worried now is my wedding ceremony and my register married cetificate are not the same. And when interview CO asked about where will married? She said in US. Is it a problem?

Do have any idea to make CO believe my relationship?

I am little bit confused. Did you take permission from ministry of foreign affairs before getting married? If you didn't before filing your case you will be denied at the interview. Also CR-1 cases takes little longer for Cambodia. After NVC procedures completed, it takes 4/5 months to get interview schedule. So it's about 15 moths to 18 months for interview. My wife also got denied as K-1 back in 2011 but got approved in 2013 as CR-1. I know a person was failed at the interview because they did not get permission from ministry of foreign affairs. US Embassy strictly follow local laws and customs. USCIS is not aware of that and approved their case but got denied at interview. They had to re do permission and got married again then re applied.

It is recommended that you always use the marriage date & place registered on your legal marriage certificate. Just explain you had a marriage ceremony (program) in USA they should understand this, as it is a common practice here for many people. Congrats on your marriage :)

Cambodia has a unique thing. US citizen wishes to marry Cambodian needs to get permission from Ministry of foreign affairs which takes about a month and US Citizen must physically present the duration. Men must be under 50 years old and must make minimum $2600 a month. Lot of bribe involved the process. It costs anywhere from $1500 to $2000. It's a local law. US Embassy strictly follow local law so if people didn't follow local law, they automatically denied at interview. Doesn't matter they got married religiously.

Sorry it abit complicate about my story. Let me detail about it. My wife and i first met in 2012. Second met in 2014 for engament day. Then i back to US and filling as K1 visa. Until 2015 Apr 08 she got interview. I decided flight to cambodia for join her interview and those time i and her choose date 2015, Apr 09 for our marriage in cambodia. But we not ask permission from foreign ministery because we plan to married again in US. But the plan was failed because they not believed us. U know after interviewed they not yet reject my case they just issued pink slip for my wife and they required a copy id or driver license of a person who introduce my wife to me. About 2 weeks bring an copy to them and they said they will contact my wife. I have to go back to work and leaved my wife. It was sad. We been waiting for their contact. After a month they call to my wife to see them but the result they reject our case because they not believe us. My wife asked for the reason they said because her parents used to apply for US Visa visiting. Then they closed the window and no more talk to her. I think the reason that they reject us is not reasonable and unfair. I try to called to cambodia embassy to talk to that CO but they not tranfer my call.

2015 Sep i flew to see my wife again and we been ask permission from foreign ministery and we register the married certificate. now we already filed as CR1 visa since 2015 dec.

I just hope this time the CO will believe us and approve our case. Some people give me have a baby then the CO will appove and believe us. Is it true?

Anyone can have a baby. The only thing that proves is that you had sex ones. It might sound harsh but to have a baby to get a visa is just wrong on so many levels.

Just bring every piece of evidence as you can to your next interview. Plane ticket, boarding pass etc. As many visit as possible you can show is better. So you did file CR-1 after you got permission from ministry of foreign affairs that's good. You should be fine. Keep all the record like sending money to wife etc. You must attend the interview as well at this embassy. I know it's sounds politically incorrect but during my visits to this embassy on 4 different occasions I witnessed many interviews. Unfortunately most of them denials either K-1 or CR-1. Approval was very rare. But one thing for sure I witnessed some people had newborns or babies with them. As many denials you could see at this embassy, never saw a denial when there was a baby involved. This is not that I am making something up or reading on internet. This is my own personal experience and I witnessed. It sounds politically incorrect but it is the bitter truth. I saw on few occasions they asked for DNA testing but ultimately approved the case once it cleared. The day they denied my wife's K-1 interview I witnessed an older gentleman with a very young wife who had a newborn on her lap and approved without even asking too many questions(Had red flags all over their appearance) when rejected every other case for the day. Most of them looked genuine couple to me. This is one of the hardest embassy to pass interview where denial rate is very high. May be this embassy is an exception when it comes to a baby, they approve case? I don't know. But again people get denied at this embassy everyday. Most K-1 and lot of CR-1 as well and it has been that way for many years. Then again when there is a child involved and they can prove the child is theirs, it's always pass at this embassy. Never heard a denial. I know this is a fact at least last 5/6 years at this embassy. It doesn't mean I am recommending you or anyone else to have baby to pass the interview.
