My wife and I went to the embassy in Manila to file a form I-130 on Jan 7,2016 through Direct Consular Filing. We received an Approval Notice letter dated Jan. 19 2016 which advised us that the consular Section will contact us and provide information about filing for a visa. My wife then received an e-mail from IVMNLAppointment@state.gov advising her to file an online DS-260 and a DS-261. We did that and they said we should send our documents to the National Visa Center. I thought we were to send the documents to the embassy in Manila. Am I to send documents to NVC in the U.S. or to the embassy in Manila ?

Normally i will say if they ask you to fill to NVC do it.

From what i can read, and that was fast. It´s only USCIS that has a office there and not NVC.

But read here

And if you still have Q call them up and ask :)

Don't physically send anything anywhere. We filed DCF Manila on Jan. 7th as well. I assume you have your Manila Case Number already If not, email IVManilareplies@state.gov and ask for it. Then fill out the DS-260 online, followed by making appointments in Manila for your physical and interview. You can find the websites for this under the "DCF Manila" hot thread within this forum (about page 6 or so). Check out the invaluable posts from 'Jace5689', especially the ones on page 5 and 6 of that thread.
