I am hoping someone can help me. I am filling out the DS-160 and have gotten to the question where it asks for information on all U.S. visits. I cross to the U.S. all the time but do not keep a log. Do you have to complete them all or can you just complete your most recent visits? Thanks in advance

all that have been documented I would list- along with a letter of all other trips. Don't hide anything, don't lie. Disclose as much as possible.

2nd go round

1st K-1 Denied

Subitted Feb 2-6-15

NOA1 - 2-18-15

NOA2 - 8-18-15

Interview 11-25-15 - Denied

And Here we go again -

New K1 submitted - 1-9-16

NOA1 - 1-12-16 (according to USCIS)

Text received 1-15-16

hardcopy - not received yet as of 1-26-16

I don't know how it works for Canada or Mexico, but maybe they have the logs on your I-94. Being from Brazil, I can access all the times I entered and left the US through that form.

For Canadians we don't always get I-94 I mean the only one I have on file is when I crossed with my K-1 and Ive crossed many many times. I googled around and I think it was like your 5 most recent visits they wanted..

Thanks everyone!

Abbey & Colin - that is great news! I can do my most recent trips (most weekends lately) but I live not far from both Michigan and New York and have been crossing my whole life with no record - I panicked for a minute!

Yeah when I first did my DS-160 I was worried because I've never had an I-94 I didn't even know what it was. But as long as you put the 5 most recent it's fine I think the Canadian embassy realizes were close to the boarder so we can go on multiple trips.

I crossed every other weekend or every 3 weeks for 3 years before immigrating. I did NOT have all the dates on my form. I did the most recent trips to fill in the blanks and that was it. I did something somewhere in the form of a note that said I cross all the time due to close proximity to the border and left it at that. Just going through the same thing now for citizenship.

You can request a summary from CBP of all your crossings. It costs $5 and takes a week or two to get it mailed to you. I ordered one and included that as well as a printed calendar highlighting the last 3 months worth of crossings. My husband and I were alternating each weekend so like you I had quite a few. On the DS-160 I listed the previous 6 crossings and included the extra info as a bit of front loading.

You still might not receive all your crossing. Until recently there was simply no record. I wrote something like, multiple day and weekend trips, longest stay was around ### days in 2002 for vacations.

i only included the most recent travel that i could remember and everything was fine. i never encountered any issues throughout the process about it, even at the interview, or when i did my POE. You should be fine if you just fill all the blanks with your most recent travels :)
