Interview after expriration date of NOA2?

We just received packet 4 from the Bangkok Embassy and our interview date is 17 May. This is 2 days after the validity date of the NOA2. What do I do??????

Do I have file for an extension of the NOA2 because I will not being going to Thailand until the 25th of May to bring Thitiphon back to the US. We will be coming back sometime in June because we will see her family prior to leaving.

if you already have your interview date the embassey surely would of automatically extended it..they would know when it expires...i know we shouldnt take it for granted that the embassey is going to entend the date for us..

we extended ours .. it was expiring in april 2006 but my now husband was comin over to oz so he wrote a letter of extension to the embassey...

email them to make sure it has been extended or ring them...

Not a problem unless the petitioner and Beneficiary are the problem. But as long as the Consulate schedules the Interview after NOA2 expiration, no problem. My NOA2 expired last month, interview is next week!
