Changed address with AR-11 but green card arrived at old address?

Hi all,

I submitted my AR-11 change of address online on January 9th. Today my green card arrived at my old address (which is thankfully only 5 mins up the road!) - the green card was mailed on January 20th. Could it be that they simply hadn't gotten around to my form yet, or has there possibly been a problem with my change of address submission?

I'm not really sure who to contact as calling the USCIS line is always such a spaghetti of an automated system.

I would not bother calling if you already retrieved the green card. I would however do the online address change again just to be safe.
