I received my NOA 1 on November 23 2015 and it was sent to the California Processing Center. I am seeing that a lot of people with my NOA 1 date have already received their NOA 2, and it says they are currently processing cases with NOA 1 dates of Mid december. As you all probably know, the call center is useless. Should I be nervous about our case because of this? Also, how often are petitions denied and for what reason? We have ample evidence of a real relationship including her coming to stay with me for 3 months last winter, and I've visited her five times in the past year. We have evidence of all these visits and of regular communication. All of the things I've read we need we have given them. The only worries we have are that there is a significant age difference, we are a same sex couple, and I my final divorce was only processed last September. This ordeal has been terrifying as we have been trying to be together for over a year. We had to wait for my divorce to finalize before we could apply, and that took a lot more time than expected. And now our K1 paperwork seems to be taking ages to process. Any advice, support, anything would be appreciated. This is so hard! We just want to know so we can plan my going over and being there for her interview and we can plan a wedding!!

NOA arrived in mail for AOS, EAD, AP: 2016-5-7

Biometrics Appointment: 2016-5-24

Service request created by me since we have not heard anything about EAD: 2016-7-12

Status changed to EAD card being produced: 2016-7-21

Received EAD Card and AP in mail: 2016-7-28

Interview for Green card -  Approved: 2016-9-15
