DCF filing in London- a question about joint sponsors from the 'common case' guide on here!

Hi there

I've read the guide on here for DCF London spouse visas...

Seen something which is panicking me slightly-

It says 'London does not accept joint financial sponsors'

Does this mean I can't have two people filling in I-864s Affidavit of Supports? My husband is an American citizen and UK resident and will be able to show is intent to re-domicile in the US, but he doesn't earn enough to be my financial sponsor. It was my understanding that as my husband is my petitioner for the I-130, he still has to fill in an I-1864, along with my Father-in-Law in the States who will be my financial sponsor.

Does this mean in essence I will only have one financial sponsor even though I'll have two people providing an I-864? Or will they both count as financial sponsors and therefore my case is a non-starter as London does not accept them?

Very confused! Any help much appreciated.

I can't find your reference in that thread, but what you are planning as stated above is absolutely correct. You can have an I-864 from husband and Father -in-law.

Thanks Nich-Nick, I think I read it wrong. My eyes playing tricks on me, too much paperwork :/ Thanks for the reassurance.
