My daughter had her biometrics done by jan15 and the next day i receive a text that they sent an rfe under her i-485 i called them and told me this doesn't affect the i-765 because my husband need fhe ssn for taxes and we're here still waiting for the rfe arrives... Does it takes so long to receive a letter?? They gave me feb14 as my due date to receive the letter .... What do you think?

You are at the mercy of the USCIS and USPS. Since the hard copy RFE will come via mail you have that to deal with as well as the fact that it cannot get to the mail until USCIS actually sends it. Usually you will get it in a week or so, but obviously that time has already passed. Your only option is to wait, and if it doesn't show up by Valentine's Day, give them a call, or set up an info pass appointment.

Well still not receive the letter, I'm pretty sure they're asking for information about his biological father... My exhusband doesn't want to provide any document to help our daughter and I don't know what am i gonna do if they ask for his info, i just sent the divorce certification and marriage certificate and divorce agreement.... Anyone had the same situation?
