Applying for AOS - Questions Regarding DS-3025

Hey guys,

I'm happy to say I'm finally through the K-1 marathon and in the U.S. I'm looking at filing my I-485 but am unsure about if I require a visit to a Civil Surgeon. I have my DS-3025 and I've read the sticky regarding vaccinations and the associated CDC Immunization PDF (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/PDF/wk/mm5753-Immunization.pdf) but I still have two questions:

1. My DS-3025 states I've had 1 MMR vaccine in 2001. The sticky on vaccinations says you require at least 2 doses or a B for "Insufficient Time Interval". However, when reading the CDC Immunization PDF it says people between 19-26 need either 1 or 2 doses depending on certain factors (ea. recently exposed to measles, work in a health-care facility, etc.). Does this mean that if I do not fall into that category I'm okay with 1? Or do they require 2 just because it's for immigration?

2. Even though I got my medical examination during flu season it seems I did not get an Influenza vaccine and it's marked with a D for "not routinely available", which I'm assuming means the doctor didn't have it in his practice at the time. The sticky on vaccination clearly states a paragraph explaining requirements for all ages depending on flu-season or not. In the CDC Immunization PDF it seems that a yearly Influenza vaccine is only required when over the age of 49. Are the requirements for immigration again different simply because it's for immigration?

Thank you in advance for any responses, I really appreciate you taking the time to read this and possibly help me make sense of my questions
