Hello Omololu

No, i made the mistake of sending that information to the USCIS as well. You actually do not need your photos in the process of sending to the USCIS. You will not need them until your paperwork is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). It is with them that you will provide photo's and other proof of your relationship. So USCIS sent them back because you are not there in your process as of yet.

I thought sending additional evidence was call frontloading. You need to send in a copy of the evidence. But who knows people have gotten approved with sending absolutely nothing. They bring all evidence to the interview lol. The biggest issue is marrying ur partner the first time going to the country. I have reading so many stories most that met hubbies online are having issues. And the ones met through friends are ok. But who is to say our love is not real. This embassy is tough they holding our love ones hostage lol.

I have heard addressing the redflag first and stating reason why and back up to the issue may help

haa..you are so right, they really are holding them hostage. I honestly don't think they go thru anything. They have a list of red flags to look for and they simply deny based on that, nothing else. What i don't understand though is if the USCIS looked at the information and decided it was worth approving, what exactly did the embassy see that made it not valid enough for approval. Just is weird to me. US says yes, Ghana says no. People meet online all the time, doesn't make their relationships invalid, hell 40% of the dating population meet online these days, with less than 30% meeting just by chance. Get with the times folks :-)

. Hello dear can you please brief me on how you made the appointment to go to the embassy with your husband and which section of the embassy you went to? My wife and I have similar case in Ghana and I'm planning to go to the embassy with her as well but I don't know how we can get access to enter and where to go once we get there. Any suggestions and information will be appreciated. Thanks
