So yepp today it's day 91, anything I can really do now?

After day 75 I sent my first service request online and got a letter saying it was still within normal processing time etc and so I called on day 87 to see if calling would make anything different than doing it online and all that's really happened is on my account it said "assigned to an officer for response" and then a day later "completed"

Soooo what did really these service requests do? Anything at all?!

I have a job interview on Thursday and I'm really worried how that's gonna go and how I can explain this in a way so they still want to hire me...

I'm SO impatient and frustrated and mad that nothing have happened yet!! (I see people who filed in November getting third approved)

I have contacted my congressman but I really doubt he can do anything lol...

Info pass keep saying "no available times" .....

Apparently there's an infopass kiosk in the New York field office through which you can make an appointment. I don't know if it'll give the same message that no appointments are available though.

I know that they do allow walk-ins for emergencies but, I don't think this will qualify as one.

Have you tried scheduling an infopass appointment at a New Jersey field office? I know it's out of the way, but, it may be something to consider.

I would have thought that, at > 90 days from NOA1 for an EAD application (assuming no RFEs were sent), a service request filed *now* would kick the case and get it priority attention as you're now outside of the regulation processing time?

07-09-2019 - Received biometrics appointment letter

07-10-2019 - Case updated again as 'Fingerprint Review Was Completed'

11-07-2019 - Case transferred to 'local' office in Lee's Summit, MO

03-05-2020 - notified that I-751 is now at the San Jose field office

10-23-2020 - attended combo I-751/N-400 interview - N-400 recommended for approval!

06-15-2021 - I-751 is approved! :)

08-28-2019 - NOA1 and priority date (case estimate April 2020)

09-17-2019 - Biometrics appointment attended - case updated online as review complete

09-18-2019 - Case is being actively review by USCIS at the NBC

I'd call the NCSC and ask them directly and then, if you feel it didn't get what you wanted, fall back to an online service request.

According to USCIS guidelines you can request expedited processing of your case but only if you meet certain criteria, such as "severe financial loss". Probably a hard sell but, as you observed, it cannot hurt to try. Good luck! :thumbs:
