Advance parole is not needed if you have a green card.

Outside of North America you would need to check if PI nationals need a visa. A green card is not the same as a passport.

hi

as a GC holder you don't need advance parole, to enter the US you will need your GC and your foreign passport

the US has nothing to do with the countries you want to travel to, since you aren't a US Citizen

it will depend on if Philippino;s need visa to enter that particular country. You would have to check the Philippine Embassy or Consulate and ask if you need a visa to enter tha country, since you will be travelling with your Philippine passport

Just Asking if a green card holder ( K1 base visa ) can travel outside the United State - YES . Name should be the same as the passport. JUST K1 visa without an AP( Advance Parole ) . - NO.

What are the requirements that needed to prove to the immigration, Border of protection ? - requirements for?

And also A GREEN CARD HOLDER ( K1 BASE VISA ) are allowed to travel to any free country that US visa free country? - NO, Visa requirements are Passport specific. So even if she is an LPR/ GC Holder, she need to follow the visa requirement based on her passport.

If you have a green card you can travel in and out of the US.

A green card is not the same as the blue passport that US citizens have. When traveling to another country, you will have your passport from your cpuntry of citizenship. Your country of citizenship currently, despite having a green card, is Philippines. You have a Philippine passport and therefore will most likely be subject to visa requirements in most of the countries.

Once a person has a green card they are a legal permanent resident, no issue entering the USA as long as you don't stay out of the USA too long. Many countries treat an LPR the same as a USC thus allowing them to enter without a visa.

Totally wrong.

Wrong. An LPR has many of the advantages of a USC even with their Philippine passport. Most countries a USC is allowed to enter without a visa an LPR is also allowed entry without a visa.

Have never heard of entry to the United Kingdom without visa,.. just for example, if you are not a US citizen.

So, where does it come from?... And what are those "most countries"?

I'll use Canada as an example. For a Philippine citizen to enter Canada legally a visa is required, but as a LPR the visa requirement is waivered... been there done that.

LPR status is a game changer, review each countries requirements before saying YES or NO.

I don't keep a list, not necessary for me.

Before traveling check with the requirements for the foreign country you may be entering. But to toss a blanket comment that all countries will require a visa is false.
