Hello everyone,

As I always have found the answer for my question here in visa jorney , I am continuous the same

Today i just mail the package for AOS. I filed these forms:

I -485

I- 765

I - 131

I - 693

The problem is that, I notice the form I -751 at someone here in visa jorney.

I read the instruction about this form, but still I am not sure what is the porpuse of it.

Should I have filed even this form with my AOS PACKAGE? or it shoukd be aplayed at a later time.

MY HISTORY: I entered with a K 1 visa, and my san with K-2 visa.

I got married and into 2 months we aplayed for AOS.

PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND OUT ABOUT THIS ?

Thank you vety much

Read in the Guides section of VJ. It will help you to understand what is needed at each step. I-751 isn't needed yet.
